Sage needs a way to be able to flag customers when they have a past-due over 90 days so the sales staff knows to mention it... I have seen numerous posts over the past 5 years or so requesting this, and they are still under review? Why is this not...

On a sales order, make the shipped column wider so you can read the quantity. Currently is limited so the number is hidden. I have to print preview the SO to see what the quantity is. I should be able to read it, so I know how many have been shipped.

Add additional user defined fields to Sales Order entry and allow such to be able to be printed on Sales Orders and Invoices (particularly the Sales Order).

You have to have a default sales tax code, if you create a customer without selecting one, you could be in trouble in an audit. Older version of sage had this. Look at your customer list I bet you have customers without tax codes.

A custom date field (invoice date + 20 days) would allow a report to be generated so we can email payment reminders on day 20 reminding 'net 30' customers that their payment is due in 10 days.

The first day of the current accounting period doesn't help us at all. It would be very helpful for the current date to populate the sales order when converting it from a quote.

Please expand customer email field to hold 128 or more characters. That change would support a longer string of multiple email addresses when sending forms via email. 64 characters is often too short.

Customers and Sage users benefit from not being confused with items with zero costs printed on a sales invoice.

This would help identifying open proposals also with invoices the correct date will show.
