Have across the board calculating payroll information to all reports and/or forms to have to do to it manually.

When changing employee from hourly to salary it should be seamless automatic calculations on all reporting and forms for all federal and state not just W2's.

Dates on Payroll Tax Forms

Have the Payroll Tax Forms date default to the period you are in, not today's date. It's almost impossible to do payroll taxes on the last day of the month.
