Integrate SAGE 50 Cloud with Outlook

We just switched over to the SAGE 50 Hosted Cloud Environment from the desktop application. E-mail setup has changed from default email to a webmail option. The general populated option when using SAGE 50 hosted is a small window. This window does not remember our address book like it normally would in outlook and having to type out every email would generally be very tedious. The work around is to manually save whatever report/pdf made, then open my own outlook on desktop and then copy and paste the message that we have generated for us.

For example, If i was making a Sales Order it would auto populate my message to have the current Sales Orde # on there. I would then have to copy and paste that into my new outlook message. Then i would have to open the PDF created, save that to my desktop and then attach it as a file. As to when I was able to use the default desktop version -- it would open up a new outlook window with everything I need on it.

We are on same page but I don't think this can be done since Cloud is separated space on Sage side, plus you don't want to give all your emails to Sage. Most suitable fix will be save to msg (outlook file) if email account is not set (most likely it is or give option is also good). And you can copy only this file to your computer then open. It will open from your outlook with a message with attachment inside already, rest of process will be same as before. Still not like Desktop version's convenience but close enough.
