Enable attachments for reconciling bank statements.
Should a client wish a copy, it would be much easier to email a PDF instead of getting the file, finding the paper, scanning to add to email. I would like to attach the bank statement to the reconciliation.
I use a separate document management application, PaperPort, which is old but still works fine. I Brother may still package it with their Scanners and MFPs.
Another PDF software I've used and liked how it combined documents was NitroPro.
Even when an ERP includes some Digital Document Storage capabilities, it is usually limited. Better to consider others.
