Reset/Restart VM for Sage 50 US Cloud

Somehow VM needs to restart for various reasons, there is no other way for user to do anything except call Sage and Sage needs to call Cloud team to restart VM. During normal working hours, maybe ok, but After hours, User's business can halt depends on how much they depends on Sage. So simplest fix will be either have 24/365 support or add button for user to restart/reset. Obviously having 24/365 is not an option, so it will be a lot easier to create this restart button. Only drawback will be user may abuse this button and may cause data corruption or something. So instead of showing this button all time, do a little troubleshooting questions steps, if none of them works, then show this button for let user to try. Of course, if this button, doesn't help, let user to contact Support.
