We use the non-stock inventory to track service work to pay employees for revenue generated for items that don't have a need to track inventory. We pull a Sales Journal report with the Item ID column and export to Excel and extract using tables. Having a quick report to get the counts on a weekly or monthly basis will save a lot of time by just pulling the report instead of exporting, converting to a table, and then extracting the data.
