Remove the Purge option from menu, print source code, throw in dumpster, pour some fuel and light it up. Create function to Refresh the company files. Backup company file. Copy all maintenance records to new company file retaining internal record IDs. Copy all open transactions to new company file retaining internal record IDs. Tip for the Sage Devs: Using SQL you can always use "disable keys" before the "inserts", then just re enable the keys and change internal IDs auto-increment to last ID + 1 Done. Simple as that. You may choose to refresh the files every 2-4 years, still the company files would not be as big as they can get now after a couple of years.
