The Vendor labels form 3 x 10 (or any of them for that matter) cannot be customized. You can only get name/address.
The buttons on the left side for customizing do nothing. I tried to create a form with Vendor Name and Vendor ID but it puts blanks. The support rep I worked with couldn't get it to work either...on my computer or on his.
Why have a form that appears to be one you can customize but isn't??
