I am not sure why quotes affect customer credit. it would be like every TV I look at a store, it gets charged to my credit card. It has made "Hold over Limit" feature not available as a customer can have 30K in quotes and 5K credit limit
Why not make it a check box, if one of your customers wants it that way rather then making it the only way it works
