I set my default home page to System on my Dashboard. I gives me a quick visual check on backing up and Data Management. Unfortunately it is the only home page that does how show the current month in the upper right hand corner. The home page for System shows the system date, inbox, and if it is shared file or not. All the other homes (like Banking, Vendors & Purchases) show these plus the current accounting period. It would be really great to see the current accounting period on this home page also.
