Sage speaks of being very diverse and respectful of gender options, and yet your software only allows male/female. In the HR world, this is becoming more of a focus. We need to be able to record the preferred gender option and we need to have a pronoun option.
Show us that Sage marketing is talking to development and supporting what Sage knows is politically correct. Thank you!
