It seems like an intuitive part of Inventory workflows that you should be able to print a label for an inventory item from the maintain inventory item window.
In other parts of Sage there are Print options for stuff like this.
Sage 50 support tells us we either have to export to Excel, change the column we want to be a bar code to that font and if we want the number to, make a duplicate column that is the part number.
Then use Excel label printer to print.
it works but is clunky.
There are add-in's that do it, but they are EXPENSIVE and clunky.
We can use Zapier to output to a barcode printing program, but that is almost as clunky as going to excel.
Can you please make it so we can print barcodes from the Maintain Inventory Items window?
