When an attachment exist on a transaction there is no indication on the surface of the transaction.
Determining that an attachment exist is simple, but time consuming. In certain dashboard items, it is possible to have an indication of attachments existing, but that is farther from accessing or attaching documents.
Recommendation. Provide a side panel similar to the Track It side panel to list attachments and facilitate adding attachments. Bonus points for drag and drop functionality or registering a scanning application to facilitate document scanning when necessary.
