The Sage 50 2023 1099 program / form is not populating the name and address field and is putting the 1099 vendors full name in the optional field. The 1099 program does not allow the program to proceed to print the 1099 form because the last and first name field was not populated. As per Sage support, the Sage 50 Intacct 1099 program will need a patch or upgrade to correct this issue. I have approx. 50 vendors that I manually have to input and populate the last and first name instead of Sage 50 populating the optional full name field, which the 1099 program does not use to replace the last and first name fields.
