I spent hours on the phone (and Sage chat) trying to figure out why Sage was prompting me to insert a 4-part blank perforated form (which my national tax form supplier said didn't exist), when I have always used 2-part standard forms in my 25 years of accounting. The first agent fell asleep (snoring!) while I thought he was troubleshooting. The second agent told me I would have to pay $3500 for support for this issue. The third agent sent me a link to the forms, where Sage has the standard 2-part form and I was still confused, until I checked the very last page of forms and found that Sage has a blank 4-part perforated form that you have to buy through Sage. This is not ok. Sage needs to stick to standard forms. This took hours of my day, at my busiest time of year!
Were you able to print the 2-part preprinted form? I am up against the same scenario.
