DBA name field for vendors or a default Box for 1099 Address to pull to Aatrix. It'd be useful for the vendors that get paid by DBA, which are used by a good bit of clients in Sage 50 Accounting. I see an Addresses list area where you can default it to certain transactions, but it'd be cool if there was a default 1099 box on the addresses tab in the Vendor Maintenance screen for it to pull with the integration for Sage 50 US and Aatrix for 1099. Given the requirement change recently causing a lot of kickbacks from Aatrix that the Vendor Addresses not matching up against Names and Addresses in the Electronic database.
Definitely agree with a suggestion. We have to manually type in every single one of our vendors that use their SSN! This didn't have to be done in any other previous year, this is very time consuming.
