Select for Payroll Entry process, not the criteria input but the employee listing and input screen is too small. It does not have sizing handles and cannot be increased to full screen, meaning the scroll bar has to be accessed often which lessens efficiency.

This window is p-a-i-n-f-u-l-l-y small, especially if you have multiple employees with Regular, O/T, Holiday, Vacation, and Bonus pay fields. You can't even view all fields of two such employees.
