SAGE50 constantly proves that it cannot perform simple tasks, even those associated with compliance issues, without serious out-of-SAGE processing, (Excel.)
SAGE should migrate to a NEW version of SAGE50(US) that fixes these shortcomings.
Even exporting to Excel is full of particular issues that should not exist and only thanks to Excel can be overcome. That does not excuse SAGE from the errors.
The ability to audit many list or transactions for SAles Tax is a multi-step process that should be a pre-existing report.
While the ability to Email documents exist, the ability to maniplate the messahge to include important information in the email body only exist through manual manipulation. SAGE fails to leverage to power of a computer and programming to enable including PO#, INvice Number or any other value from the invoice automatically. Only the Invoice number shows as the subject. PITIFUL.
