Starting from R2021, when you hover your pointer over an item ID, it will display the entire field contents. However, it seems that this feature only applies when the item ID field background color is “white”. For instance, if the order gets converted from a PO/SO, all the item fields within the corresponding invoices will be grayed out and the ID field contents can’t be shown even though we hover the pointer over the IDs.
Pls consider modifications so that the item IDs' entire contents can be displayed even after they have been converted from orders.
