Over the past year, we've had several customers disallow files with special characters in the name. It wasn't a huge issue when it was a smaller customer, so we only had to change one filename every few weeks. Back in August, our largest customer implemented this in their ERP system that we email invoices to. We send this particular customer several emails a day. Sage emails the invoices from the cloud account, and we are unable to change the file name from "Invoice # IN112222" to "IN112222" =, etc. It would be nice if it removed "Invoice #" altogether, but if it were changed to "Invoice_IN112222"
