Sage 50 US Ideas Portal

Had customer that registered his own product and didn't include the dashes and it showed in Fusion with no dashes. He could not activate his product until I had customer service add the dashes to his serial number.

I'm a one person team who uses remote company. If I am reading a report, or doing account reconciliation it will kick me out. I know other versions- 100, etc can be changed beyond 60 min but Sage 50 cannot.
