Reconciled Transactions are locked by the reconciliation process or should be. A transaction should not editable if any Balance Sheet Account line has been reconciled.

Mark the cleared checks Cleared when you pull up a copy of that check/payment in Vendor Maint. so it is very clear that it has cleared. I shouldnt have to pull a report to see what is cleared. Quickbooks does this and it is a very nice feature.

Have a password or permission of some type to change or edit a cleared transaction. Something to alert the User the transaction has cleared the bank.

This will be of big help if we can upload the .csv or pdf to account recon other the OFX and QFX

Importnat Information INCLUDES the beginning Balance to VERIFY nothing has been improperly changed to affect Beginning Balance as well as to ensure previous Reconciliation was completed Accurately.
