I like to use a system that is integrated within Sage and there is only one option. Fortis and Ebix are competitively priced, have better customer service, have better interfaces but are not built inside Sage.

We use the Inventory Item's customizable fields for information such as: Country of Origin, HTS Code (Duty Code), Unit/Carton Dimensions, etc. it would be helpful if this information could be included on the Sales Order / Invoice / Packing Slip.

Would like to have the ability to change a pay rate during payroll preparation, or at the very least the ability to pause payroll preparation and come back to it.

It should also show a summery which gets grossed up to a total option. The report does back out the freight which is correct. But work needs to be done to correct that it is accurate. It is important being pay outs are being made based on the report.
